Hi Jackie, Wonderful to hear from you once again. I appreciate your kind words. The farmhouse is on Concession Road 6, just off Curry Hill Road, North Lancaster. I have revisited that location a few times, this shot is from last year. When I first went there around 2008, I was struck by the fact that although abandoned, someone comes by to mow the lawn (!) and still does to this day. I'm hoping to one day meet that person and show them some of the photos I have taken. The ones that I took back in 2008 became the signature piece for my Family Portraits series at the Skelly Gallery. This photo has a bit more work done to it that I normally do - the superimposition of the film poster. The idea comes from a photograph by Tim Walker, Devon Dream, (2007). I have discovered a technique of using super-impositions with Picasa, so I am going a bit crazy with ideas. Super-impositions are common with 35mm film but a bit more difficult with digital. I hope you are well. And your sisters? I miss the opportunities of seeing you folks at exhibitions. Are you and your sisters doing any this year? If so, please keep me posted. Thanks again for your comments and please keep in touch. Best regards, Richard

Hi Richard: Isn't that the little house at the end of Concession IV in North Lancaster? Another excellent photograph... and you choose the greatest titles! Love it.
